THE HUB STILLWATER ORDER NOTIFICATIONS TERMS OF SERVICE 

1. This text program is used to notify customers of The Hub Stillwater when their bowling lane or food order is ready.  Customers give the cashier their phone number at the time of ordering so they can be notified when their food order or bowling lane is ready.  Customers can also type their phone number into the kiosk when reserving a bowling lane to be notified when their bowling lane is ready.   

2. The customer will be opted out of messaging when they claim their bowling lane or their food order.  Customers can also opt out by not giving their phone number to the cashier or entering it into the kiosk.  Lastly, customers can opt out by replying STOP to the text message they receive from The Hub Stillwater. 

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging service, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 405.937.2279. 

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.  You will receive 2 messages each time you opt in at the time you place an order.  If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
